Sennheiser Spectera ‘Flies’ off the Shelves at 22Live!

22live continues to strengthen its customer service for Sennheiser sales delivery with development of our custom-built Spectera fly packages!
This package was designed in-house and supplied to one of 22live’s touring clients as a complete, ready-to-deploy system. Purpose-built for flexibility and reliability on the road, the package reflects 22live’s ongoing focus on practical, scalable solutions for live deployment.
The Sennheiser Spectera Base Station offers native Dante integration with additional MADI BNC connectivity. Analogue connectivity is delivered via a Ferrofish A32 Dante bridge to ensure seamless compatibility with all control setups encountered on tour. L6000 Battery charging is contained within a separate 2U Fly rack.
Dante Primary, Secondary and Control networks are managed by a Netgear AV Line Switch for robust and redundant system performance.
Finally, the entire solution is packaged across three Peli 1610 cases - incorporating both 2U and 4U Fly Racks, Belt packs, Handhelds, antenna and additional battery storage - with each case being kept under the critical 32kg airline limit to ensure the system remains fully flyable without compromise.
The result is a flexible, tour-ready wireless solution, engineered to deliver consistent and reliable performance wherever it is deployed.
Sennheiser’s new RF ecosystem uses up to 2 x 6/8MHz TV channels to create a system capable of sending and receiving up to 64 channels of audio (32In/32Out) per base station - in only 1U of rack space.
Using a combination of 11 Audio Tx/Rx modes - selected per mic or IEM connection - provides the user with an unprecedented level of control to determine their own balance between channel count, audio quality, latency and coverage - creating a system that can be flexibly programmed for each unique performance. Profiles across multiple systems can be easily saved and redeployed in seconds using either the Spectera WebUI or Soundbase App.
DAD UHF antennas process IEM, mic/line and data signals locally, eliminating the need for additional RF processing - achieving a deployment range of up to 100m per transceiver
